Bonjour everybody! Paris was amazing today and I AM SHOT! Amy and I woke up at 6:30 this morning, and it is now 1 AM... we were in Paris from 9 AM until 12:15, and we were walking and going non-stop, but we saw so much! I took an unreal amount of pictures, which I will filter through and post a large amount on this blog. For tonight though, I'm just spent, so I'll just list all or most of the places we went today.

Angelina (a great restaurant near the Louvre with God-sent hot chocolate)
Centre Pompidou
Notre Dame
Pantheon (Paris' version)

Palais Du Luxembourg
Shoe Shopping/Browsing Along Rue De Cherche-Midi
Basilica Sacre Courer
Dinner @ Montmarte
ALL IN ONE DAY!
Exhausting but well worth it. Off to bed now. I'll get pictures of the chateau in the AM before we leave, but don't expect any picture posts until I'm back in Rome late Sunday night (our time). Until then, au revoir!

WOW!!!! Sounds as if you and Amy had wonderful birthday's!!!Amazing, you got to see so much!!! and shop and eat! How was the restaurant? What was the most favorite thing you saw? How was the weather? On the phone you said it was cold so you bought hats, was it in the 30's? any snow? We are in NH at a Comfort Suites and then tomorrow we will drive down rte 100 in VT to see the leave, head along the Mohawk trail and then back to home!! It is 7:49 here, we have been up since 5:00, not quite as long a day as you and Amy, but we are tired nonetheless! Have a great day tomorrow!!!!
